GWU provides in-depth Property Condition Assessment Report (PCAR) for Real Estate Investors, Financial Lending Institutions, and site Developers. During the property condition assessment, our in-house architects alone with our consulting engineers and building forensic inspection team completes a in depth investigation of the property, to evaluate its conditions. These findings will be efficiently documented.

Our Property Condition Assessment Report is a detailed analysis of the entire building (or client designated scope of work) and each of its individual building system and their condition. Our report will include a detailed list of Immediate Repairs, future repairs, potential building code and zoning violations. Additionally, our reports provide a detailed Replacement cost of such deficiencies.

BUILDING USE ANALYSIS

Our Building Use Analysis is suggested to be completed at the early stages of a purchase or pre-design stage; and is designed for investors who are purchasing or Leasing, Large scale residential apartment building, Mixed-use buildings, and manufacturing facilities.
