Our Real Estate Acquisitions professionals are responsible for helping you the client source, analyze, perform due diligence on, and negotiate the purchase of new equity investments for their real estate investment firms.

It’s important to note that our acquisitions professionals generally pursue existing properties (either stabilized or un-stabilized properties) whereas our real estate development professionals pursue new build opportunities.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As your Acquisition Professionals our duties and responsibilities, will include screening potential investments; applying assumptions and using tools such as Excel, ARGUS, APPFOLIO to value and stress-test prospective investments; performing market research and developing a comprehensive investment analysis to assit you in your selection.

Additionally we will communicate with and negotiating on your behalf; providing letters of intent to purchase / sale agreements with brokers, sellers, and attorneys; preparing for and presenting proposed investments to investment committee; among other tasks.
